Lot in Vista Dulce are a
minimum of one-hectare (2.5 acres) and feature a wide open ocean view in
one direction and views of Corcovado National Park in the other. The
property is in the process of being surveyed and the map will be posted
on the website as soon as it is ready.
We are also in the process
of building out the infrastructure which will include water, electric,
roads and lot pads. The infrastructure will be complete in December of
2007. We achieved complete infrastructure build-out with our prior
project (Vista Del Mar)

Property Description
Ocean views are only
several kilometers to the shoreline and the it takes less than five
minutes to reach the beach which is only about 3 kilometers walk, bike
or drive. The beaches on the area are calm and are excellent for
snorkeling or fishing for Rabalo (Snook) and snapper.

For those seeking
waves and surf, you need only drive through Puerto
Jimenez to the south towards Matalapo. Matapalo has some
of the best surfing in all of Costa Rica. Puerto Jimenez is the
sailfish capital of Costa Rica and has year round fishing
with a wide array of options. Diving are excellent
too.
Lets not forget
Corcovado National Park which is considered one of the most bio
diverse places on the planet. With hundreds of miles of
trails and |

couple of hours to more than a week, naturalists will get their fill.
You will see exotic species found no where else in the world in great
abundance. Always go with a guide since animals hide well in the jungle
and for your safety.
