identified. The property is located just to the north of Puerto Jimenez
off the main road to the town center. There are stores to purchase
groceries and restaurants very close. The beach is only 3 kilometers
from the property.
The main road leading to
Puerto Jimenez is being paved from the Pan American highway all the way
to Puerto Jimenez. This will improve access and property values.
This along with the future international airport, access from the US,
Canada and Europe will get much even easier in the coming years.
